Cannot Login Using ThingWorx Authentication With an Empty Password when password is not empty.

Hi,

 

Thingworx security logs sows an error "Cannot Login Using ThingWorx Authentication With an Empty Password" when password is type correct, i try normal users and administrator user always with the same error log. I just upgrade to  TW 8.4, and I did import files from a TW 8.3.

Hi @vguevaraperez.

 

This issue can occur if the password contains special characters.  Is that the situation here?

My passwords does not have special characters.

 

And yes I will post the solution, I am taking with PTC Support.
