Creating multiple projects

Hi, im still new to thingworx.

I wanted to know if creating multiple projects will affect existing projects?

And do we need to state which project to use in vuforia studio

I am not sure I am understanding your question right but if you create independent projects they won't affect others.

See the Help Center as it contains some interesting info about dependency too.

I am not familiar with Vuforia so can't comment on your other point.
