Directory Service Utilization and Reset Security Privileges

Hi,

I have two questions:

  • If for some reason all user accounts are locked out from accessing the composer, is there a way to reset the security privileges back to default?

    Hi Victor,

    Which version of ThingWorx are you using? Also, please verify the Directory Service is enabled.


    There is currently no way to reset security privileges in the event all users are locked out of Composer.

    Hi Adam,

    I'm using version 5.0 and I have Enabled the DirectoryService that I created, however I've noticed now that even though I've saved as Enabled, the Enabled checkbox doesn't stay checked for me. I've also tried re-creating the Directory Service from scratch and the Enabled checkbox never stays checked. Any thoughts on why?
