ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED trial version

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the trial version, from this morning I get this error, "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED by pp-1803141051fy.devportal.ptc.io.", Before it worked well and I still have 27 free days.

As in the picture at the click of the Lounch returns that error.
can someone help me?
