Hive Connection from Thingworx using JDBC Driver

Hi All,

We are facing issue while connection to Hive Table in one of the Hadoop instance.


Details of the Hadoop instance

Version : Hadoop 2.6

Access : Hive tables

Driver plugin used for Hive "hive-jdbc-0.14.0.jar"

You don't seem to have a validation string entered in, that is something that is needed.

A validation string is basically a statement that will execute on the database.

Thanks for the reply.

I have used SELECT NOW() in validation string , but still it seems to be giving same error.
