If I want to implement digital twin to a customer, can I achieve it using Thingworx. Are there any products specifically used for digital twin in PTC?
Can some examples and design be suggested to achieve Digital twin ?

I kindly suggest that you should not look at "how can I implement Digital Twin with ThingWorx", but instead look at "what is the value of the use-case that my customer needs" and "how should I make sure I get that value using ThingWorx".
While we're masters of Digital Twin (at least in the programming world), if the use-case you're implementing is not valuable enough, they won't have any success.
You always need to have in mind the value and the use-case, then decide if even Digital Twin (or any other technology in this regard) is needed.
At last, for future reference, all the training required to implement something in ThingWorx is available at https://learningconnector.ptc.com/search/all?technology=IoT . There are various options there, basically instructor led courses but also self-trainings.
