How to activate the background color of column in a grid based on contents

Hi all, 

 

i am wondering if there is a way to only activate the background-color for this widget only if the X value is appearing on the right side of the column.

if it is Advanced Grid, you can achieve with State Formatting. Please refer Styling the Grid and Applying State Formatting
