How to get details of the Issues mentioned in Release Notes

Hello,

Is there a way to get the details of the JIRA issue(s) which are addressed in the particular release for any new Thingworx builds. For example I am attaching the release notes for one of the Thingworx buildsissuesDetails.PNG

Where can I see the details for the issues for example, TW-52282 or TW-51333

I think you will not be able to see complete details for it as it requires a Jira access and that is internal .I am not sure about this access. But if you have any query regarding any particular Jira number, kindly post it .
