Kepware Reinitialization Vs TWX remote things restart

Hello all,

I'm facing TWX things disconnecting issue continuously during production run & whenever im reinitializing kepware, again things will connect.

Can anybody provide some solution to stop this !!

or

Is there any way to do automatically the same thing from TWX side as kepware reinitialization does.

Can you please let us know what creating issue, while restarting remote thing? Or what error you are able to view after restarting the remote thing?

No, there is no error or restarting the thing is not connecting the thing again with kepware tags.

but kepware reinitialization will connect again the tags with remote thing properties.

i want to know, is there any TWX feature that will do the same task as kepware reinitialization does !!

or in simple words , Kepware reinitialization == TWX ???

Could you give us the Kepware Event log, and also the TWX Logs.

For Kepware, you can use the Application Report.
