Hi,

Will I be able to create a screen like bellow attached picture? If yes how do I create it?

You can edit the formlogin.jsp to make it look how you wish.  Just be advised that anytime you update TWX, this page will be overwritten.  As a result, you should add your customized .jsp to your source control system so that you can easily restore it after a TWX update.
