MailSever Extension Gmail - ReadMail error: null

Hi 

 

I am having trouble receiving mail from the Gmail server. I have followed the Gmail instructions on how to set up a mail server from this link below:

I am able to send email from the SMTP Server. But my POP3 server that is receiving mail appears to be the issue. Have followed the Mail Extension Server Guide too. 

 

 

Anybody else had a similar issue?

 

Any resolutions or guidance will be appreciated.

Update: it was port 995 being blocked on the server Thingworx is being hosted on.

Update: Ignore my previous post, this is due to the new version of ThingWorx 8.2. The Mail Extension extension POP3 Server configuration is no longer working whilst the SMTP configuration is still able to send. So we are unable to receive emails. To note this was working previously on 8.1.
