On project import the users passwords does not work

Hello community,

I have very strange issue when i import the project on for eg another server the users which are already there and get also imported on this project do not able to login with their passwords. Then i set the passwords again and everything works then for eg again after some time when i do import project with users the users passwords got disable and again i have to do this process.

I think i should not import users which are already present on the server..

Can you share the logs here, which type of error look at the logs, I want to know.

Hi @Surya_Tiwari  i could not see the logs at that time but when i update the password only then it starts working. I think the password get expired once you import the users. The users would be definitely there in platform but with expired password.

Hi @MA8731174  You have imported entity and data both or only entities?
