Scheduler in Thingworx 9.1(Run as User)

Hi,

I am seeing that in Scheduler we can assign a user in RUN AS USER field in General Information entity. I have a Doubt that will it be Runnable for All users in a Group if we keep Run as user (only one user)?

because it allows only one user to add.

Thanks

Hi @VS_9760165.

The Run as User field is used to define the user that the scheduler event will use.  Since it's not recommended to use the Administrator user, you can set up a user with the appropriate permissions for running the service for scheduled jobs.  There shouldn't be a need to set up multiple users in this context.  This user would not typically be a user logging in to interface with Composer.

Hopefully this answers your question, but if not, please let us know.

Regards.
