The industrialThing property values for Thing Preview and View are grayed out and cannot be clicked

Preview and View button are grey and cannot be clicked. Why?

Assigning permissions to both TestConnect and kep.V2  , will not work

Should be permission issue. Are you getting the same using Administrator user also? if yes, try restarting Thingworx-Tomcat.
