ThingWorx suddenly goes blank and works only on restart of tomcat

Hi,

We are experiencing this issue everyday. The ThingWorx suddenly goes blank and works only on restart of tomcat. The system specification are properly maintained as per the document but still the heap size goes very high and thingworx goes blank or gets stuck. Once we restart the system, it works again. How can we resolve this issue? I have attached the logs.
