To restrict the user and user group to duplicate any entity on ThingWorx Composer
How can we restrict any user to duplicate any entity like mashup , thing etc at ThingWorx Composer level?

The Duplicate is a Design time Create function.
To prevent User from duplicating the entity, either make it invisible, or make it not readable (no read permission), or does not have create permission.
