Two items missed on several SON of ThingWorx SCO license.
Caused many ThingWorx product servers down two times in the past several months.
Raised PTC cases to technical support team, licensing team, even contacted with local sales manager but no conclusion.
Kindly advise on any possible ways to solve this, really appreciate any inputs, thanks.

Partners should contact their PTC Partner rep for addressing entitlement issues. However, if you can provide the case numbers under private messaging, I will follow up on the status and try to engage someone to help.
