Why widgets from mashups show error when im logging with another user

I am made an mashup which is connected with other mashups in a organization. When im logging with a user mading for tests, the mashup's widgets show this error.

I think is by the permissions, but i already added permissions for visibility and runtime for the user however it shows the error.

Do you still get the error when you test with the Administrator's account?

with the Administrator account the mashup works fine
