cant find connected clients in hosted server

I'm trying to run analytics job on the hosted server and I'm not able to find connected clients on my provider

Could you please confirm if you have successfully started the ThingPredictor agent and it is running?

1)Which version of TWX and TWA you are using?

2) ThingPredictor version?

Are you trying to publish model from analytics builder? Is there any error when you are publishing the model.

I see one difference in Twx 8.2 and 8.3. 8.2 would need a connected client to get the analytics working whereas 8.3 does not bother about the connected clients what is the difference in both these theories

Even in 8.3 version you can use ThingPredictor to see connected clients.
