cant find connected clients in hosted server

I'm trying to run analytics job on the hosted server and I'm not able to find connected clients on my provider

Could you please confirm if you have successfully started the ThingPredictor agent and it is running?

1)Which version of TWX and TWA you are using?

2) ThingPredictor version?

Even in 8.3 version you can use ThingPredictor to see connected clients.
