Set Grid's Number Column format and add it a %, here you have a sample:

I had try like this ,but it didt work. The tip is only“use the "0"or".".

I was able to set it with 6.5.13, but maybe with newer versions you can't. If you need to do it, you may play around with XML mashup version ( I tried it and it works ), but you must know that this isn't supported by TW.
