Have you reviewed the properties for the Chart Widget?

  • ShowXAxisLabels
  • XAxisTitle

If this does not address you issue, provide more information on the chart? What version of ThingWorx, What widget, and properties settings.

your suggestions did not solve my problem with that information piled up ...

I'm using TWX 8.5 and Widget BarChart v3.0.3

Thanks for the additional information. With ThingWorx 8.5 you should not have been required to load the Market Place Widget , Custom Chart Widgets v3.0.3. The item is part of the base ThingWorx product. 

I created a simple chart.

This is using the Label Chart Widget. Can you provide more information on your data and the widget properties which you are using and I will see if I can recreate the issue and identify a solution.
