ptc-windchill-integration-connector ValidateConnection failed

hi there
I think I wrote the configuration correctly, HTTPServer Ping Succeeded too.
But the Validate connection keeps failed.
So I want to check the log. Which log should I check?

I'm a beginner, so please tell me exactly..

@YC_9410522 Start by looking at the Integration Runtime log and look for errors. If there is an error and you need more info increase the log level using logback.xml configuration file.
