tomcat stopped after running it within 20 sec

Hi, 

 

i was recently installing thingworx manual through this link

but unfortunately I don't know what I did wrong but the result is when I try to run apache tomcat it shows running in services for a bout 20 sec and then it stops , no errors or warnings or any thing , and it is hard to know where to start from to trace the issue, by the way, I can restart it again from services but it keeps stopping again, i think i did something wrong following the steps but i dont know what is it

When you say no errors, which log to you refer to? There are Tomcat logs and Thingworx logs, both should be checked.

Tomcat logs are in the tomcat install directory, Thingworx log under <TWX installdir>/ThingworxStorage/logs
