Yes you can use that in mashup. You can call Query PropertyServices to get the data.

For value streams you can use QueryPropertyHistory service, it queries the value stream for logged property values, along with filter and sort criteria, and normalizes the data set to display results for a given time range. There are other services as well, you can refer this help center guide for details.
For streams you can use GetStreamData service to get all the data in the stream. Other services are mentioned in this guide.
