Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) - How to load latest Part Revision first followed by older Revisions

I am new to WBM and got requirement ==>

If a Part having 3 Revisions A, B, C

then at first the latest Revision 'C' should be loaded through WBM and in the Target Windchill10.2 it should create as Revision 'C'.

After few weeks the older Revisions A, B should be loaded to Target Windchill10.2.

How this can be achieved?

Hi Rajesh,

Please help me to install WBM on Source and Target systems, as i am unable to locate setup file for WBM.
