Looking for anyone willing to share info on ETQ and Trackwise

In regards to working with windchill on doc control, change management, and CAPA. We have seen demos on both of these and was surprised to hear some heavy PTC users are moving away from Windchill solutions to these. If you would be willing to tell your story that would be great. I am in the medical devise arena.
