Multiple Change Tasks on same CN with objects attached

Looking for thoughts on this. We have cases where multiple change tasks can be used to do a semi-formal pre-review before signoff. Are there any downsizes to listing the same items multiple times on different change tasks under the same CN? I can see dispositions could be duplicative. There is convenience for having the assignee/reviewer see directly the items of concern. I can also see cases where code operating at the CN workflow level (like set state of changeables) would have to deal with duplicates in the set. Anything else that would be of concern?
