Strings are limited to 500 characters

Windchill strings are limited to 500 characters.  A locked constraint.  How do you increase the string length to 750 or given another option for a larger String when defining a new attribute?

Not sure if you are referring to Enumerated Types (i.e. create a new String2 type), or creating Large Objects (LOBs).

If you go through the guide that @avillanueva has provided, you will find a way how to increase the character limit up to 2000 chars for IBA string attributes.
