best practices to monitoring Windchill PDM Link using Zabbix

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.0

HI All,

I use Zabbix application to monitor the server but when the Windchill PDM link tool has presented intermittent or service outage, Zabbix does not detect it.

We want to know what is the best practices to monitoring Windchill PDM Link application, thingworkx Composer and Thingworx navigate.
