grid auto height adjustment?

As a part of form layout page, I have a few grid widgets. however, the number of rows for the grid widgets can be from 0 to many. I am having difficulty arranging widgets below the grid widgets because if I have 0 rows in the table, I would have too much vertical space between the grid and the widget below it. any suggestions?

We have this in as an improvement request. Currently there isn't a good way to handle a dynamic set of records without having to show scroll bars.
