HTTP Status 500 Error while retriving some drawings in some product only in windchill 8.0

Hi All,

we Rehost our windchill server.

Windchill 8.0 M040.

All works fine, except some of Drawings/Models only are shows HTTP Status 500 error while retriving this.

I check Apache Error Log it shows message below,

File does not exist: D:/ptc/Windchill_8/codebase/netmarkets/jsp/product/javascript, referer: http://testplm.ttrpune.com/Windchill/netmarkets/jsp/product/listFiles.jsp?oid=product%7Ewt.pdmlink.PDMLinkProduct%3A14626430

All Files are present in vaults and vaults are validated and Mounted well.

Whatis the solution for this.

Maybe not quiet teh same, but we had a HTTP Status Error 500 after a patch was installed. It turned out that the patch made an Apache subfolder read-only. After resetting the particular folder to Read/Write, the status error 500 problem was solved.

I got the Solution for Same,

Reason is that the perticular files from vault locations was missing, so it gives Http status 500 Error.

We Fix it.
