Prevent checking in WIP after a Released for same revision intralink 3.4
It was brought up to me that WIP items were being checked in "some times" by
accident after the released item was checked-in. I tested and in deed I can
check-in items at WIP after the release level has been set to released. Is
there a way to prevent checking in WIP after a Released for same revision
intralink 3.4?

PS: I'm being re-introduced to an old friend I-link. PDMlink was a good
idea, but man intralink 3.4 is so much better to work with for the users.
