Problems With PDMLink 10.1 M020 "My Tasks" View Not Updating
Good Day All,
We have an issue that has all of a sudden started to occur where certain PDMLink users can't see updates from Home -> My Tasks. Again this only happens for certain users, but not for all users.
If they try to reassign tasks to another user the task will still remain in their My Tasks even though it has been reassigned. Also new assignments don't appear.
We've opened a call with PTC (11218858) but we all know how fast these types of issues get resolved.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be wrong?
