Troubles with acquiring free trial license

Hi, today I tried to install free trial version of Mathcad Prime 9.0. Instalation was succesfull, but i can't activate my license. Every time when I try to acquire my license it shows me this message "You have reached the maximum number license requests for your product type". What should I do?

It seems that I already read that thread or similar to it, but the another problem is that I cant find my product code anywhere. I didn't receive any codes while registering for free trial, just got link to download Mathcad. Maybe you have some suggestions for that?
