Creo parametric 9.0 student edition Licence renewal error

Hi

my student version license will expire tomorrow and i am still student so i want to renew the license but when i go for license renewal there shows that customer not verified so now what should i do ? Screenshot 2024-01-11 084949.png

Hi,

in the past some users went to https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/secure/wamMain.jsp page, changed their password and repeated renew attempt. Please try it, too.

If you use free Student license then you can also:

download Creo 10.0
read https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo10_schools_standard.pdf
read https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo10_unistudent_standard.pdf
choose proper Product code from PDF files
move Creo 9,0 license file from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory to another directory
install Creo 10.0 ... installation saves new license file to C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
modify parametric.psf in Parametric\bin subdirectory in Creo 9.0 installation ... change path in ENV=PTC_D_LICENSE_FILE-= line
check whether license name in ENV=CREOPMA_FEATURE_NAME= is available in new license file (modify it if it is necessary)
run Creo 9.0
