License renewal issue, customer not verified

Hello everyone,

i'm an italian teacher, new in the ptc Community.

I have a problem with my Creo 6.0 Academic License renewal, expired 5 days ago, on may, 21.

When i fill the renewall request window, the message
"CLIENTE NON VERIFICATO" (in English "COSTUMER NOT VERIFIED") appears, and the program closes.

My account and password are ok.

I have already checked similar topics in the community, but noone solved the problem.

Could anyone please help me?

Hello, I solved it by changing the password, in my case there was an 'à' which was causing problems.
