How to export Creo Illustrate Work Instructions(Annotations) to a PDF?

This is too early for us to implement entire Augmented Reality, so trying to understand if we can download Creo Illustrate Work Instructions (which are added through illistrate -> ANNOTATIONS ) to a PDF/Word doc.

I tried with File -> Save Figure as -> Image File & 3D File, but its Not showing Annotations. Its only showing the Creo design.

I wanted to show the Creo illustrate design & Work Instructions(Annotation) together in a PDF/Word.

Please help.
