Vuforia Expert Capture

What is RTO (Restore Time Objective) and RPO (Data Restore Point  Objective) of this Vuforia Expert Capture solution based on the availability of solution (99.95 or 99.999)?  

I have tried to upload multiple captures to the VEC server for editing.  Each time (I've create both small and large captures) I receive a message that 1 file failed to upload.  Eventually the capture appears but the steps are all invalid.  I had this working yesterday, now all uploads fail with the 1 file failed to upload message.  Any ideas on what might be causing this?

5 days ago I uploaded 2 captures taken on a HoloLens 2. I am still waiting for the optimized video files. Is this normal behavior?

Audio replacement in Vuforia Editor is now available After capturing procedures, sometimes the audio needs to be replaced or updated during the editing process. This may be due to missing or changed spoken information, distracting background noise, or other reasons. When the audio is the only thing that needs to be updated, you need a fast and easy way to make a correction while you are editing procedures. Vuforia Editor can now record updated audio or remove the audio altogether when creating a video clip from existing captures. Simply take an existing capture, clip it to create a new video, and either record new audio to replace the existing one or remove the audio (if the audio is not required). Published Procedures can be downloaded for offline viewing on all supported devices. See Download a Procedure for Offline Viewing in the Vuforia Instruct and Vuforia Expert Capture Help Center for device specific instructions.      The Download menu option will disappear once the Procedure has been downloaded on mobile devices.

Good day community,   I recorded a procedure for making tea to familiarise myself with Vuforia Expert Capture with a Realwear device HMT-1.   I recorded 9 steps.  When I tried to add the new procedure in the Vuforia Editor I got the following error message that I also attached. That some of my steps were invalid and would not be seen.   Why did this happen? I followed the procedure and proceeded to each new step by stating "Next Step" and it started recording each new step.   Please help?

Hi guys,   I am building a demo. I wanted to see if I can capture the instructions for each step through the audio when I record each step.   Is there such a functionality in Expert Capture yet? Or do I have to manually type the instructions for each step in the editor to export it to the Word document?

Hello, I'm working with Vuforia Capture to create a small procedure for demo. I've seen in other Vuforia Capture examples, that the thumbnail of the video would automatically start playing when you move to that work step, and when you opened it up, the video would pick up where the thumbnail had left off, and begin playing the audio.   Looking for guidance on how I can set this up through the Vuforia Capture Editor.   Thanks in advance.
