Vuforia Expert Capture

I am trying to use vuforia step check and mainly trying to create a line using paper pieces and if the line is intact i should get a green tick and if the line is distored i need to get a red tick. (Attached good and bad image). when we try to use the point marker it will be indicating the specific point. how can we do this for the entire plate as shown in images?  

Is there a way to upload a Vuforia Capture without using USB ports?

Hello, do deleted assets in the deleted assets folder of the Vuforia Editor disappear after a certain amount of time?

Currently it is not possible to delete multiple selected assets. A delete operation can be performed only on individual assets. Deleting a folder with existing content is also not possible. So it is very tedious to delete numerous elements. It would be a relief if simultaneous deletion of multiple assets is supported.

Currently uploading multiple files using drag & drop fails. Only one of the selected files is actually uploaded. This was reproducable in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I am trying to list the content that has been shared with all users in Vuforia Editor. But when I switch to the "Public" section the listing of the assets never completes. The spinner is there for hours.Am I the only one with this issue?

It would be a nice feature to be able to give location markers recorded on HoloLens a name.

When you create a folder in Vuforia Editor, you can add a description to it. This works without any problems. Where can I modify this description after creating the folder? I am grateful for any advice. Feature suggestion: The content of the description should also be taken into account in the search and should be able to be displayed as a column.Thank you.

Hello -- I am unable to change a user's role in Vuforia Editor to Administrator (or back to Manager from Administrator) even though I receive the message that the role change has been successful. We currently have six people with the role of Administrator.

I want to know how I can integrate a QR code reader in the quality control process with Vuforia Instruct.For example, at the beginning of the process, I want to read the serial number of the product with the QR code reader, after that, I should have a list of the quality processes of this product with Vuforia Instruct.Next, I must select an option from the lists and start the QA process with Vuforia Instruct.

Approximately between the hours of 8:43 - 9:40 ET (12:43 - 13:40 UTC) Expert Capture and Instruct users were unable to access the applications after logging in. This issue has been fully resolved and access restored. We are actively investigating ways to prevent future occurrences of this issue. Please contact PTC Technical Support for any further issues.

The following changes have been made to the ability to delete procedures: Only administrators can permantently delete a procedure that has been published one or more times Authors and managers can delete a procedure that has been published one or more times from the asset library. Once deleted from the asset library, the procedures are moved to the Deleted Assets tab which is only visible to organization administrators. The planned system maintenance is complete.   Vuforia Expert Capture and Vuforia Instruct system maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday, August 30th at 10PM Eastern Standard Time. The maintenance is expected to last 90 minutes or less. During this time, anyone trying to access the Vuforia Admin Center, Vuforia Editor, Vuforia Insights or Vuforia Vantage Web will be redirected to a maintenance page. Authors can now create approval workflows to route procedures to managers and administrators for approval. Once all required approvals are obtained, the procedure is automatically published and available for viewing. Approval workflows also help preserve records of approvals for future reference and audits.   To initiate an approval workflow, you first need to assign approvers to your procedure. You can assign approvers from the DETAILS tab of a procedure.   Once approvers are assigned, the approval workflow can be started from the PUBLISH tab.   You'll also notice a new Tasks Tab within Vuforia Editor.
