Question

Redline Markups

The place I'm working now creates RedLine markups by hand for ECO changes.

There has to be a better way. I suspect that a full version of Acrobat could be used for marking up detail drawings?

Can you recommend other solutions?

Thanks in advance,

Look into publishing your PDFs with "Reader Extensions" - extending the function of Acrobat with markup functionality (among other things) is what this means.

Hello All,
I can second Federericks' recommendation. Edrawings is especially
attractive over the alternatives if you have to send markups to clients as
the client interface is fairly easy. Another benefit is that it comes
"free" with with at least some packages of Solidworks so it gives you a
common markup method if you're a combined Pro/E - Solidworks shop like us.
