Thanks!

    Hi Volker,

there is a server based "tool" called "IIP" (Integrity Integration Platform) sold by PTC that might fit your needs.

Basically it's a web server (tomcat) that plays the "Man in the middle" role by utilizing the Integrity and 3rd party tools's web services to synchronize/link Items between different tools.

There are several "adapters" available that implement the connection to 3rd Party tools like Enterprise Architect or DOORS, and others can be created on demand.

For deeper information especially whether there is a JIRA adapter you should ask your colleagues at PTC .

PTC Integrity and JIRA can be bi-directionally integrated by using OpsHub Integration Manager, which is an out-of-box integration solution. After the user has successfully configured the bi-directional integration between these two systems, entities from one system and their associated description, status, attachments would synchronize to the other system in real time.

You can integrate the following entities between PTC Integrity and JIRA using OpsHub Integration Manager:

    PTC Integrity: All custom entities

JIRA: All system, issue types; Sub-Task Types; Version; and Worklog

You can read here more about PTC Integrity integrations
