Good PTC U course - Cognos Business Reporting

We have done our share of bad-mouthing PTC documentation and PTC U over the past several years...

Just got into the PTC U course on Cognos Business Reporting - about 1/4 of the way thru so far. Need to give credit where credit is due as well as complain, so here goes.

This particular course is quite a lot better than all others that I've seen - it deserves a solid A grade in my humble opinion. I'd like to encourage PTC to put them in charge of all Windchill courses and (please, please) also all Windchill online and pdf documentation. Keep up the great work! I'll even buy the author a lobster dinner if I get the opportunity.

While you are there, tell them to put all that great PTC Cognos Knowledge in the PTC Support Documentation, because unless it has changed, its heavily lacking.

If you install Cognos you get the PDF guides. My guess is there some special business relationship between PTC and IBM that allows only certain types of documentation out there without committing additional funds for PTC classroom training.

Just a guess.
