Hi again - I answered my own question on accident - I literally stumbled on
the solution by fumbling with my mouse buttons (6 button Evoluent w/ SHFT
and CTRL programmed)
Sort of like how one flips arrows from inside to outside the witness lines
by selecting the dim, and as you drag it, click the RMB.
To adjust the tail length, you select the dim, and as you drag, hold the
SHFT key.
Why they decided to hide the handles is a marketing secret, I guess. A push
to clean up the screen.?
