Question

Exit Countersink fails on cylindrical surface

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody has faced this issue. I am trying to drill a through hole on a cylinder from side. It is a standard hole. I would like to put counter sink on both side. Now it just fails every time when I pick the "exit countersink" option. The enter side counter sink is fine.

Anybody knows how to make this work?

Thanks

I simple add it as a revolve after the fact.  A lot of my designs have irregular surfaces on one or both sides.

I did the same thing so far.

But the headache is that the note of the hole has to be modified manually every single time.
