How to fix red/blue surface?

This is a simple extrude and extrude cuts with rounds.

Part is fine until the round is added and the surface shows red.

In the end this is a family tabled part that does verify and succeed.

I cannot figure out why or how to fix these surfaces.

Creo has always been finicky with rounds and fillets.

There are tricks to forcing them to work with the option of how to treat transitions.

Can you post the file so we can take a closer look?

I have had the same problem on a part with family instances. Does your part have instances?

You probably need to reorder your rounds (i.e. switch round 1 with round 2) or modify your part accuracy.
