I was trying to find out if it is possible to scale a model in Creo to a 1:1 ratio? If so, how would I go about doing that?

Look at your list character by character across.

D01-XXX-1 comes before D01-XXX-3.

Typical computer sort problem that has always existed and always will.

Instance name is text string and therefore names are sorted alphabetically.

If you want it to sort properly the names need to be:

D01-XXX-092

D01-XXX-030

D01-XXX-050

D01-XXX-105

D01-XXX-076
