Hello everyone, I wonder to know, there is the part in creo parametric for design roll forming process?

No way with Creo.

Software that can do are:

FORGE® NxT - Overview - Transvalor

This CAE softwares are anyway so so so expensive! Only manifacturers of formed products can buy it.

ANSYS can't do what these sofware can do. That kind of simulation is more complex of fluid-dynamics simulations.

It is a simulation, of course, but you can make flanges based on sketch forms in sheetmetal.

Roll forming is a multi-stage process that often requires non-intuitive steps, like taking a flat, bending it into an arc, and then rolling it flat again so that other features can be formed in the intermediate condition. There is specialized software that includes the intermediate strains to ensure the finished segment will come out OK. Because parts undergo plastic deformation which leads to variable material properties (via work hardening), and there is contact between the rolls and the metal, it requires more than the average linear, small deformation analysis.
