Sheet Metal Forming?

Hello, I am working on a sheet metal part which I have done for fabrication purposes, now I am looking to change it from basic flats into fully formed features; how can I do this in sheetmetal form or do I need to remodel it in the solid state format? Shown in the image below is an example of what I am trying to create; I would like to join all 3 flanges which have 2 reverse flanges each into one complete form; can this be done in sheet metal format?
