Hello Every One,

Please following the picture and guide me how to make the die or Punch of said part with sheet-metal functionality?

I am not sure I understand what you are asking.  Are you trying to make the punch or the part?

When I use a form tool, I make the shape on the fly with surfaces.  This works well if you are not trying to maintain a library of punches.
